Cancellation Policy

 

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the appointment time, $50 is charged. I understand this can be frustrating if you are new to the practice. Things do come up, though I treat it the same way that a concert or airline would if someone couldn't attend. This is for my protection, so that I can make a livable wage and continue to work in this profession where I won't get paid for that time otherwise. Thank you for your understanding.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so that we can check in before starting the massage.

FACILITIES:

We have plenty of free parking and are located in the Landings building on Boardwalk Drive (Building 6A). We are located on the second floor, the door on the right.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you are sick, I ask that you please be respectful and stay home.
